These Capcom Town Sweepstakes Terms and Conditions for residents of the United States of America (“Terms”) governs the rules of Capcom Town Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) sponsored by Capcom Co., Ltd., a Japanese corporation with its principal place of business at 3-1-3 Uchihiranomachi, Chuo-ku, Osaka 540-0037, Japan (“Capcom” or “Sponsor”).

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY: No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win this Sweepstakes. Purchasing will not increase the odds of winning.

This Sweepstakes is only valid where permitted by law.

Eligibility: This Sweepstakes is open to residents of the 50 States of the United States of America who is 13 years old or older at the time of entry. All participants under the age of majority in their respective jurisdiction (“Minors”) must obtain consent from a parent or legal guardian before participating. By consenting to Minor’s participation, such Minor’s parent or legal guardian represents and warrants that they have read, understood, and agreed to the Terms on behalf of both the Minor and themselves.

Sweepstakes Period: The Sweepstakes will be open from January 15th, 2026 at 9:00PM PST and end January 29th, 2026 at 8:00PM PST.

Entry:

1. Follow the Capcom Town Official X Account (@capcomtown) (“Official Account”); and
2. repost or quote post either of the 2 designated post as specified within the Official Account (Designated Post”). If you choose to quote post the Designated Post, you must post with the following hashtag: #capcomtownsweepstakes

One entry per individual. Multiple posts by a single account will be deemed as one entry, and multiple entries using multiple accounts may result in disqualification from the Sweepstakes.
Terms of Service and all applicable rules of X will also apply.
If your X account is set to private, you will be excluded from the Sweepstakes, so please make sure to use a public account.
If you unfollow the Official Account or delete your entry post before the Sweepstakes Period is over, your entry may be invalidated.

Selection of Winners: Winners will be selected from all eligible participants by random drawing, on February 2nd, 2026 PST, 2026 (date subject to change at Capcom’s discretion). Winners will be notified via direct message of X.

Prize:
a) One (1) first prize winner: Amazon Gift Card $80.00USD
b) Four (4) second prize winner: Amazon Gift Card $20.00USD
The total prize value is $160.00USD.
The odds of winning a prize depend on the number of eligible entries received.
The prize will be awarded in the form of digital code, which will accompany the winning notification. Please note that the notification cannot be re-sent. Prize cannot be transferred or redeemed for cash.

Privacy:
Personal information obtained from you will be used solely for the purpose of running this Sweepstakes, including but not limited to drawing of lots, announcing and contacting winners, and awarding prizes, and will be properly disposed of after the purpose of use has been accomplished.

We will only provide personal information to third parties (including subcontractors) to whom we have outsourced part of the work in relation to this Sweepstakes, and to the extent necessary for the implementation of this Sweepstakes.
Information collected by Capcom from participants will also be subject to Capcom’s Privacy Policy found at Privacy Policy | CAPCOM. If you are a resident of the State of California, please also refer to Personal Information of California Residents.
By participating, you grant Capcom permission to feature your post content and usernames on official websites, SNS channels, or online streaming contents.

Winners List: Copy of winners list or these Terms will be available by sending a written request to the Capcom Town Official X Account (@capcomtown) via X direct message.

Capcom reserves the right to invalidate any entry or win if it determines that the entrant violated the rules or X's Terms of Service, or if the entry or win is deemed inappropriate for the operation of the event.

Capcom’s decisions in relation to the Sweepstakes are final and not subject to review or appeal. No inquiries will be responded.
